Our Offerings

Weekly/fortnightly/monthly yoga classes for your organisation. Choose your frequency and class style and we will find a day and time that works for you. Our sessions are usually 1 hour long but can be 30-45 minutes if time is limited.

Would you like a teacher to come into the office for a one-off class or workshop? These can be anything from 30 minutes to 2 hours long, covering a variety of styles from simple desk yoga techniques to a fully immersive sound bath or breath-work experience.

Want to book a more bespoke, hands on session for 1-3 people? We can work with a range of requirements including helping correct posture, stretch out tired muscles or recover from exercise or travel. These 1-1 or small group sessions are perfect for when you want something expertly tailored to specific needs.
